Owens Corning FOAMGLAS®

Owens Corning FOAMGLAS® produces thermal insulation containing more than 60% recycled glass from sources like car windows. Their solutions are mainly used in construction and industrial context.

Owens Corning FOAMGLAS® aimed to increase brand awareness among new, younger generations of construction and industry professionals. A new website, optimized to generate more leads and increase conversion, would be the ideal centerpiece in this push to become top of mind.

The audience as North Star

Owens Corning FOAMGLAS® was looking for a digital partner that wouldn’t lose track of the bigger picture. That’s why the question ‘how can Owens Corning FOAMGLAS® reach a wider audience’ became the North Star of this project. Every decision we made, and every action we performed, was done with this question in mind. It lead us to a redesign of the FOAMGLAS logo and a website that would visually appeal to younger professionals in addition to the more senior profiles who tend to be more familiar with the brand.

SEO and content

To improve discoverability of the new website, we performed an SEO audit and advised Owen Corning FOAMGLAS® on how it could optimize its content. Based on this, we were able to provide an extensive content strategy. When the building-phase of the new platform was completed, one of our digital consultants joined the client’s team on-site to put the content into the CMS.

An improved user journey

As we built the new website with the Sitecore Experience Platform, our main focus was to provide a user experience that makes sense for every customer and stakeholder. To facilitate them in their user journey, we created an expansive application and solution wizard and implemented a powerful search solution. This allows every visitor to quickly find the solutions they require and consult relevant information to guide them in their buying journey.
