Our training and coaching sessions can be about the following topics:

  • Advertising and campaigning: In this training you will learn how to create and optimize ad campaigns, track performance, and measure the ROI of your efforts. We also cover the latest trends and best practices for search engine advertising, so you can stay ahead of the curve
  • Content Management: We will teach you how to create, manage and optimize content that attracts and engages your target audience. 
  • Analytics & dashboarding: In this training you will learn how to collect, clean, and analyze data and how to craft clear and actionable dashboards that easily give you a full overview of your KPIs. 
  • Marketing automation: In our marketing automation training sessions, you will learn how to use tools like HubSpot, Marketo, and Pardot to automate repetitive tasks and improve the efficiency of your marketing efforts.
  • Growth marketing: We will teach you how to use a variety of growth marketing tactics, such as user acquisition, retention, and monetization, to build a strong customer base and increase revenue.

Our digital academy exists of three pillars

  • Starter package: Before we start, we hand out a starter package which is basically a document with steps we will follow during the course, as well as some background information and resources the trainees can consult. All materials used during the training will be shared electronically, so your team can refer back to them long after the training is over.
  • Training sessions:  These live or remote sessions exist of multiple hands-on courses hosted by an expert and are tailored to the level of expertise of your team. 
  • Coaching: We always include several Q&A sections and reviews of practical use cases. After all, we want your team to be able to autonomously apply the acquired knowledge in the daily operations as soon as the training is completed.

Our Training & Coaching approach

In order to tailor our training program to the needs of your business, we always start with a kick-off session in which we identify the learning needs and coordinate in relation to planning and practicalities. This to ensure clear expectations on both sides. We also align on available campaigns and data and manage access to various platforms.

We then proceed with two general intro sessions before we get down to the actual training. We always end with an evaluation moment - be that a questionnaire or a user feedback session - and look at the next steps together. Our consultants can always be called in on demand for additional guidance.
